WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, has introduced legislation (S. 444) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide or assist in providing an additional vehicle adapted for operation by disabled individuals to certain eligible persons."

The bill was introduced on Feb. 25 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., John Boozman, R-Ark., Roy Blunt, R-Mo., and Margaret Wood Hassan, D-N.H. It was referred to the Sen . . .
