WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska, has introduced legislation (S. 437) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to concede exposure to airborne hazards and toxins from burn pits under certain circumstances."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 24 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
