WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 432) to "direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to carry out a pilot program to award grants for the electrification of certain refrigerated vehicles."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 24. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
