WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., has introduced legislation (S. 415) to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act "with respect to the scope of new chemical exclusivity."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 24. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
