WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kan., has introduced legislation (S. 414) to "provide standards relating to compensation for the use of the names, images, and likenesses of amateur intercollegiate athletes and to provide protections for amateur intercollegiate athletes."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 24. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
