WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has introduced legislation (S. 409) to amend the Commodity Exchange Act "to modify the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Customer Protection Fund."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 24 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Margaret Wood Hassan, D-N.H., Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, and Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis. It was referred to the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee.
