WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (S. 402) to amend the Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015 to include a trade negotiating objecting relating to addressing the security of the global communications infrastructure."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 24 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., Deb Fischer, R-Neb., and Mark R. Warner, D-Va. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
