WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 315) to amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act "to ensure quality care for residents of skilled nursing facilities and nursing facilities."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 12 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J. It was referred to the Senate S. 315 Committee.
