WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report (GAO-21-266R) entitled "Cyber Diplomacy: State Should Use Data and Evidence to Justify Its Proposal for a New Bureau of Cyberspace Security and Emerging Technologies ".
