WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- The U.S. Department of State's U.S Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, announced that it expects to award up to three grants or cooperative agreements for alumni leadership development.
The agency description of the grant/cooperative agreement states: "The U.S. Embassy Tokyo's Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for proposals to engage in the capacity building of U.S. government program alumni, through alumni-driven project . . .
