WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- The U.S. Department of Education announced that it expects to award up to 30 grants for the Full-Service Community Schools Program.
The agency description of the grant states: "The FSCS program is authorized by sections 4621-4623 and 4625 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended (ESEA).
