WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 5079) to amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to repeal the suspension of eligibility for grants, loans, and work assistance for drug-related offenses."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 21. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
