WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- The U.S. Department of State announced through an annual program statement that it expects to award up to 10 grants for programs that strengthen U.S.-Dominican Republic cultural, educational, professional, and scientific ties through programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation.
