WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., has introduced legislation (S. 4917) to "amend the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act to support States and local educational agencies in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic so that all students, especially historically underserved students, are provided with a safe, healthy, equitable, and excellent education."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 18. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pens . . .
