WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation announced that it expects to award up to 20 grants or cooperative agreements for projects to increase water reliability in Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and U.S. Virgin Islands.
