WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, has introduced legislation (S. 4857) to "designate the facility of the U.S. Postal Service located at 275 Penn Avenue in Salem, Ohio, as the Howard Arthur Tibbs Post Office."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 23 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
