WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, has introduced legislation (S. 4854) to "provide payments for home health services furnished via visual or audio telecommunication systems during an emergency period."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 23 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
