WASHINGTON, Oct. 24 -- Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Del., has introduced legislation (S. 4848) to "continue the whole-of-government approach to ending global wildlife poaching and trafficking by permanently reauthorizing the activities of the Presidential Task Force on Wildlife Trafficking."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 22 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
