WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 4829) to amend the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 "to provide for legal reform."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 21 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
