WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it expects to award cooperative agreements for the launching of a conservation blueprint process in the Delaware River Basin.

The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "This an announcement of the intent of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to competitively award a cooperative agreement for the launch of a conservation blueprint process in the Delaware River . . .
