WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., has introduced legislation (S. 4572) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to provide for a presumption of service connection for certain diseases associated with exposure to toxins."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 15. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
