WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award a grant for the strengthening of Seychelles democratic institutions by supporting public participation and civic awareness and supporting open and effective election administration.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $42,300.
