WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 4435) to "prohibit the closure of postal facilities during the COVID-19 public health emergency."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 4 and was co-sponsored by Sen.
Gary Peters, D-Mich. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
