WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 4432) to "allow Federal funds appropriated for kindergarten through grade 12 education to follow the student."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 4. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
