WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Christopher S. Murphy, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 4426) to "establish an Office of Subnational Diplomacy within the Department of State."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 4 and was co-sponsored by Sen. David Perdue, R-Ga. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
