WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., has introduced legislation (S. 4425) to amend title 18, U.S. Code, "to create a Federal crime of destruction of property and looting of certain commercial entities."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 4. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
