WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 4412) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to improve the ability of veterans to access and submit disability benefit questionnaire forms of the Department of Veterans Affairs."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 4 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Mike Rounds, R-S.D. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
