WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., has introduced legislation (S. 4410) to amend the Public Health Service Act "to provide for racial and ethnic approaches to community health."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 4 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
