WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Sen. John Boozman, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 4404.) to amend the National Trails System Act "to designate the Butterfield Overland National Historic Trail."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 3 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz., Martha McSally, R-Ariz., and John Cornyn, R-Texas. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
