WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Sen. Kamala D. Harris, D-Calif., has introduced legislation (S. 4401) to "restore, reaffirm, and reconcile environmental justice and civil rights, provide for the establishment of the Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice Compliance and Enforcement."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 3 and has 13 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill., Cory Booker, D-N.J., Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Ron Wyden, D-Ore . . .
