WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Sen. Kamala D. Harris, D-Calif., has introduced legislation (S. 4397) to provide for research and education with respect to uterine fibroids.
The bill was introduced on Aug. 3 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., and Cory Booker, D-N.J. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
