WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 -- Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has introduced legislation (S. 4370) to "designate any alien who is or has been engaged in economic espionage or the misappropriation of trade secrets inadmissible and deportable."
The bill was introduced on July 30 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
