WASHINGTON, July 31 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Office on Violence Against Women announced that it expects to award up to 50 grants for COVID-19 and violence against women assistance to tribes.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $4 million with a ceiling of $100,000. The category of funding activity is law, justice and legal services.
Eligible Applicants: Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized).
