WASHINGTON, April 4 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Norfolk District, Virginia, announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for coastal storm risk management feasibility study for hydrodynamic modeling and initial water quality evaluations in Collier County, Florida.
