WASHINGTON, April 4 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation announced that it intends to award a $34 million cooperative agreement to the Farmers Conservation Alliance LLC of Hood River, Oregon, for the design and construction of a horizontal fish screen below the headworks of the Truckee Canal at Derby Dam in Nevada.
