WASHINGTON, April 8 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $26,900 cooperative agreement to Oxford American Literary Inc. of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the planning and development of No Tears Suite cultural workshops to drive increased site visits to the Central High National Historic Site and New Orleans Jazz National Historic Site in Louisiana.
