Sen. Van Hollen Introduces Bill to Permit Employees to Telework Full-Time During Coronavirus Public Health Emergency

WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., has introduced legislation (S. 3561) to "require Federal agencies to permit employees to telework full-time during the public health emergency relating to COVID-19."

The bill was introduced on March 22 and was co-sponsored by Sens. James Lankford, R-Okla., and Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
