WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., has introduced legislation (S. 3582) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to expand eligibility for the health care tax credit to workers in certain critical industries."
The bill was introduced on March 25 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Doug Jones, D-Ala., Michael Bennet, D-Colo., and Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
