WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., has introduced legislation (S. 3580) to "require the Comptroller General of the U.S. to submit to Congress a report assessing the billing practices of the Department of Defense for care received under the TRICARE program and at military medical treatment facilities."
The bill was introduced on March 25. It was referred to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
