WASHINGTON, March 26 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 3575) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to restore entitlement to rehabilitation programs for veterans affected by school closures or disapprovals."
The bill was introduced on March 24. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
