WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 3558) to "require the Securities and Exchange Commission to prevent the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from enforcing a certain rule of that Authority."
The bill was introduced on March 21. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
