WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 3557) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to terminate required minimum distributions under tax-favored retirement plans."
The bill was introduced on March 21. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
