WASHINGTON, March 21 -- Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 3556) to amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 "to provide for deferral of loan repayment for graduates during the period of the coronavirus."
The bill was introduced on March 20. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
