WASHINGTON, March 21 -- Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 3539) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to exempt telehealth services from certain high deductible health plan rules."
The bill was introduced on March 19. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
