WASHINGTON, March 21 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 3536) to "provide for special enrollment periods during public health emergencies, coverage of services related to public health emergencies."
The bill was introduced on March 19 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Cory Booker, D-N.J., and Jack Reed, D-R.I. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
