WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award up to two discretionary grants for media institutional capacity building projects in Ukraine.
The award ceiling for this funding opportunity is $500,000.
The funding is open to Ukrainian independent media organizations.
