WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 3312) to establish a crisis stabilization and community reentry grant program.
The bill was introduced on Feb. 13 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
