WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 3214) to amend the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 "with respect to preagreement costs of emergency watershed protection measures."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 16 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Michael Bennet, D-Colo. It was referred to the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee.
