WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 3211) to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act "to modify certain allotments under that Act."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 16 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
