WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Sen. Margaret Wood Hassan, D-N.H., has introduced legislation (S. 3207) to "require the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to establish a Cybersecurity State Coordinator in each State."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 16 and was co-sponsored by Sens. John Cornyn, R-Texas, Rob Portman, R-Ohio, and Gary Peters, D-Mich. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
